When a law is submitted, my great wish is that all in favor consider what will happen when individuals break said law. There may be a warning, but usually a fine is involved. If the fine is not paid, an arrest warrant is issued, and if the officers decide the perpetrator is resisting arrest, they are licensed to open fire.
